I am a North Carolina native who has been coming to the beach all my life to play and relax. I married my high school sweetheart, an artist with "sand in her soul", and we are blessed with two exceptional kids. I retired from IBM after rising through product development and product management to marketing program director, then became an independent consultant to such clients as Red Hat and Robuck Homes, and now am living my dream as a "beach broker" at Emerald Isle Realty. I wanted to work for Emerald Isle Realty because of my experience with them as a renter, buyer, and seller. I also have experience as a homeowner association board president in Raleigh and Emerald Isle.
