ANNUAL RENTALS

Emerald Isle Realty has a wide selection of annual rental homes from 1-bedroom apartments to 4-bedroom houses. Some have ocean views, some are just a short walk to the beach, some are soundfront, some are waterfront on the mainland, and some are nestled in the maritime forest - we cover the island, and also Swansboro, Peletier, and Cape Carteret. Annual rentals are usually unfurnished and the rental rate does not include utilities.

WINTER RENTALS

Certain homes in Emerald Isle Realty's vacation rental program are available for monthly rentals during the off-season with the rates greatly discounted from the weekly rates. These properties are completely furnished with limited utilities included in the rental rate. They are typically available from September or October through April or May.
