Event Policies

• A refundable security deposit of $1000-$2000 is required when a property is rented for a Wedding/ Event.
• Housekeeping attendants are required for groups of 30 or more during the Wedding/Event for a fee of $250.
• There is a maximum occupancy of 75 guests allowed on the property for the Wedding/Event.
• Please be kind to your coordinators, 0-20% gratuity is not included but is greatly appreciated!
